Cancellation policy

Non-subscription orders:

Free cancellation up to when the product is shipped out.

Subscription orders:

Cancellation of a subscription order will incur a fee of 50% of the order total. The remaining balance, plus any tax charged, will be refunded to your original payment method.

This fee does not apply once more than two subscription orders on your plan have been paid for. After that point, cancellation is free up to when the product is shipped out.

Cancelling a subscription plan does not cancel an order that has already been billed. See our Terms of Service for subscription plan terms.
